The International Movement for Scientific and Technical Recreation (MILSET, Mouvement International pour le Loisir Scientifique et Technique) is a non-governmental, non-profit and politically independent youth organisation which aims to develop a scientific culture among children and young people through the organisation of science and technology programmes, including science fairs, science camps, congresses and other high-quality activities.

MILSET was created during the first International Science Fair ESI 87, held in Quebec in 1987. Since then, due to its steady growth, several regional offices were progressively established in Latin America, Africa, Asia, Europe, North America and Russia.

Currently, the MILSET presidency office is established at UPAEP within the Research Directorate.
