FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR PARTICIPATION IN NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL CONGRESSES

Objective:

To encourage the participation of our academics in national and international academic congresses of recognised quality, in order to share with the scientific community advances and fruits of their research.

Aimed at:

Part-time or full-time UPAEP professors will be granted financial support for the payment of the registration fee for the event, plus one of the following two options: main transport to the destination or payment of accommodation during the event.

Requirements: (only applications that meet all the requirements will be considered).

  1. Not to have any administrative or document debts with the Office of the Vice-Rector for Research for previous support (conferences, research projects, editorial funds, etc.).
  2. Have a current research project with the Basic or Advanced Research Department of the Vice-Rector's Office for Research, as the paper must originate as a result of a registered research project.

  4. Full paper (with the author's explicit affiliation to the UPAEP).
  5. Letter of acceptance of the paper, stating the name of the event, date, and place.
  6. Approval letter to attend the congress from the direct supervisor and the corresponding dean.
  7. Copy of an official ID (INE, if the event is national; passport, if the event is international).
